Performance Mechanical Contractors was founded in Holtville, California in 1998 as an open-shop general contractor. The company started as a maintenance contractor for local geothermal companies. Today our business has grown to include new plant construction as the general contractor primarily in the Geothermal industry.

PMC understands what it takes to be successful in industrial construction. We have spent our entire existence under megawatt limiting schedules and contracts. We have never paid liquidated damages nor have we had any litigation with a client. Our clients know that a PMC project will be executed on time and within budget, our short but impressive list of repeat customers speaks for itself.

We self-perform mechanical, process piping and hold U, R and S Code stamps from ASME and NBIC. We subcontract civil and electrical. Our trusted and valued relationships with our subcontractors and suppliers position us to consistently deliver successful projects.
